Attention: CUPE Local 5040 Members

Following recent updates to the Foothills School Division and CUPE Local 5040 Collective Agreement, if you worked in a school-based support staff position during the 2023-2024 school year and no longer work for the Foothills School Division, you may be eligible for retroactive pay. 

To check your eligibility and to apply, please reach out to us at fsdemployeeservices@fsd38.ab.ca by November 20, 2024.


Important Note:

If you retired during the 2023-2024 school year, or if you are a current employee—whether on contract or casual—and worked during the 2023-2024 school year, your retroactive payment will be automatically deposited on October 31, 2024.
